You must not host, display, upload, share or send on Heyya any content that:

  1. (i) belongs to someone else and you have no right to;
  2. (ii) is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling;
  3. (iii) is harmful to children;
  4. (iv) infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
  5. (v) knowingly deceives or misleads about its origin, or communicates misinformation that is patently false;
  6. (vi) impersonates another person;
  7. (vii) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order, incites an offence or insults another nation;
  8. (viii) contains malware;
  9. (ix) is an online game not verified as permissible under law, or advertises one;
  10. (x) violates any law in force.

You also must not send spam, chain messages or bulk messages, create accounts automatically, harass or threaten anyone, or overload, probe or attack the service or try to use other people's accounts or data.

You keep ownership of what you send. You give us the rights we need to run Heyya: to store, deliver and show your messages to the people you send them to, and to send task content to our AI provider when you use the assistant.

No guarantee of availability. The service is provided as it is and as available. It may be slow, interrupted, changed or stopped, and data may be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important; Settings → Download my data gives you a copy of your data.

Limitation of liability. We are not responsible for the content of AI answers or third-party websites, or for losses caused by steps you approved or allowed the assistant to take. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other law that cannot be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, without taking away any right you have to approach a consumer commission.
